Jenny Foster BEd Hons MBIH AAMET

Founder of Inner Sense, Jenny is a Master Practitioner and certified Trainer of NLP and trained in Accelerated Learning techniques with the Buzan organisation. She is also an AAMET approved Advanced Practitioner and Trainer of EFT Levels 1, 2 and 3

Her years in teaching have given her a commitment to providing learning and fun in equal measure and a conviction that if you resource the learner, the learning often follows naturally.

She has carried this message into both educational and business environments and the results have confounded those sceptics who argue from the ‘empty vessel’ model of learning! Her relaxed manner, humour and skill in working with the texture of language make for training that is “faithfully and congruently delivered”

In addition to running certification courses for the last ten years, Jenny has done extensive training for professionals working in Education and Early Years. Since 2004 she has been been delivering a dedicated NLP Diploma course for West Sussex Early Childhood Service. She is a regular speaker at Education and Early Years conferences and is the author of 'Target Self Esteem' and 'Success with Spelling.....and more: A Practical Handbook'.

Dr Caroline Mann PhD; MEd; BSc; PGCE; RSA SpLD; AMBDA; NLP Master Practitioner and Coach

Caroline is passionate about helping people of all ages tap into their resources and talents to release their full potential. She believes that we can all excel beyond our expectations. She is an expert in processes that access the optimal performance state. In this state limiting beliefs dissolve, aspirations are surpassed and learning becomes fast, effective and enjoyable.

She is an experienced presenter, educator, consultant and coach. She regularly runs professional development trainings, workshops and individual coaching in the business world to executives and management teams as part of leadership development programmes or as one off trainings. She also runs courses, workshops and individual coaching in education to head teachers, teachers and students. In addition she offers 1-1 coaching for private individuals.

Caroline graduated with a BSc. Honours degree from University College London, followed by a post graduate certificate in education at The Froebel Institute, London, and she subsequently taught in an inner city London school.
After 16 years co-running a successful business in Wiltshire, Caroline returned to teaching, specialising in students with specific learning difficulties.

While working with students of all ages, either individually or as whole classes, Caroline completed a Masters Degree in Educational Guidance and Counselling at The Graduate School of Education, Bristol University. This led to a PhD, with her doctoral research exploring the optimum state for effective learning and performance. She then trained as an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Coach. She is a member of the British Board of NLP (BBNLP) and the Global Organisation of NLP (GONLP).

Nina Guilfoyle BEd Hons INLPTA

Nina is an Inner Sense associate. She is a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, a licensed Phonographix teacher and holds a diploma in Personal Coaching (Education). She is one of only three licensed Project Renaissance trainers in the UK, personally trained in Image Streaming by Dr. Win Wenger.

Nina has over 30 years experience in mainstream and special needs education and now works as an independent Learning Consultant. She is testimony to the effective use of NLP for dealing with ‘learning blocks’, having overcome her own belief, “I can’t draw”; she now belongs to an art group and paints watercolours!

Johnny Lovell BSc MBIH MTLTA

Johnny is an Inner Sense associate. He is a Certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Time Line Therapy™, a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguisti-Programming, and a certified Advanced Practitioner and Trainer of Ericksonian Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

He has 15 years experience as a Therapist, was Training Supervisor and Senior Trainer for British Hypnosis Research and External Examiner for the British Society for Clinical and Medical Hypnosis.

John Foster

Co-founder of Inner Sense, John spent 25 years in the film industry as a sound designer, nominated for awards by British Academy of Film and Television Arts and The New York Film Festival,

As an audio producer he has created critically acclaimed works for relaxation and has produced audio series for Nightingale Conant, including ‘The Genius Formula’and‘Brain Sell’ by Tony Buzan. He also made seven audio programmes with Buzan Centres on the Mind and Body.

John is the ‘business side’ of Inner Sense and is likely to be your first point of contact. He is a Practitioner of NLP and EFT, a great cook and has a wicked sense of humour (just ask past participants!)
