NLP Practitioner Education and Early Years
12 day course for:
- Teachers
- Speech and Language Therapists
- Early Years Professionals
- Managers in Education and Early Years
What NLP offers you
The strength of NLP is its systematic approach: it teaches step-by-step how to understand how you, (and others), do what you do. NLP offers specific practical ways to improve your ability to communicate and produce rapid learning and behaviour change in yourself and others.
What makes this course unique?
'Most Practitioner programmes are either generic, or are aimed at
business or therapy. Of the few specifically focusing on education, the
majority are delivered by people with an interest in learning, but no
direct experience of working in education.
I became interested and involved in NLP sixteen years ago precisely
because, as a practising teacher, I was excited by the possibilities it
offered. It seemed to me that NLP was the ‘missing piece’, providing the skills we had not been given in our initial teacher training.
Over the past twelve years we have been training a wide range of
Educational professionals: mainstream teachers, SENSS teams, Speech and Language Therapists and Early Years practitioners. During that time we have been constantly monitoring our courses, discovering the specific elements of NLP our students tell us they find most relevant and useful .
This programme has, in a sense, been designed by you, the professionals working in Education and Early Years.’
